Best of luck to our Junior B team players and management in the Division 1B, Calvert Cup Final v Shelbourne A this coming Thursday night (May 22) night in Jackman Park. Kick-off 6.30pm. This is the Bs third successive Calvert Cup Final. They won 2 years ago, lost in extra-time last season so will be hoping to get back in the winner's circle this time.

They play a strong Shelbourne side, who finished second in the league and have been promoted to Div 1A next season, so it's going to be a tough challenge for the lads.

 

The players are looking for a large and vocal Newport crowd to get along to Jackman Park to support them in the final. Weather forecast looks good so hopefully it will be a great game in local HQ.
